Biography: Ely Eleandre Basiño Buendia, popularly known as Ely Buendia, is a Filipino musician who first gained fame as the guitarist, lead vocalist and principal songwriter of Filipino rock band Eraserheads. After leaving the band in 2001, Buendia has since performed as vocalist for bands such as Pupil, Oktaves and Apartel and has released solo music as well.
