Biography: Maurice Le Noblet Duplessis was a lawyer and a Union Nationale politician in Québec. First elected 1927, and serving for over 32 years, he was elected Premier ministre du Québec for two separate terms totaling just over 18 years. This makes him the longest serving Premier and one of the most consequential leaders in the history of Québec.
