Biography: Vladimir Kozel was a Soviet film and stage actor. People's Artist of the RSFSR (1960). In 1967 joined The Moscow Academic Theatre of Satire, and was a regular on Kabachok 13 Chairs (Кабачок «13 стульев»), a popular satire TV show.
