Biography: Adila Bendimerad was born in 1985, in Algiers. She is a cinema, television and theatre actress ; as well as a screenwriter, producer and director. Merzak Allouache gave her an important visibility in 2011, when she was 26, in his film Normal ! In the same year, she creates her own society of cinematographical production Taj Intaj, in Algiers. The french-speaking world discovers her in the critically acclaimed film La Dernière Reine, cowritten and directed with Damien Ounouri, released in april 2023.
