Biography: SOCHI FRIED grew up in New York City and Ottawa, and has been based in Toronto for over 15 years. She has worked at theatres across North America and was named one of NOW Magazine’s Top 10 Theatre Artists of 2015. Recent theatre credits include: The Great Shadow (4th Line Theatre), Consumption Patterns (Next Stage Fest.), The Life & Death of Fred Herko (Rendezvous With Madness), and Rosalynde (or As You Like it) (Driftwood). TV/ film credits include: “Transplant,” “Star Trek: Discovery,” “American Gods,” “The Hot Zone,” and Guest of Honour (dir. Atom Egoyan).
