Biography: Valerie Loo is a US-based, Singaporean actress best known for her debut television role as 'Nicole' on Hulu's American Horror Stories. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Valerie was born and raised in Singapore, before moving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2013, where she attended Arizona State University. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry and did oncology research at the ASU Institute of Biodesign. Prior to coming to the US, Valerie took part in the fourth season of a nationally televised singing competition in Singapore, 'Campus Superstar', and finished at 7th place during the Live Shows. While attending graduate school in 2018, she was scouted by a local modeling agency in Phoenix, which led her to move to Los Angeles in 2019.
