Biography: Noriko Kato is a Japanese actress and talent currently under J.P ROOM. She debuted as an actress in 1991 on the TV Asahi show Sakurakko Club. When the show ended in 1994, she continued her career as an actress by making appearances in other television shows and radio shows. She debuted as a singer in 1992, and released nine singles and four albums by 2005 before becoming inactive to focus on her activities as an actress and talent.
