Biography: Jarred Mauch is an Australian, Southwest European Actor. He is extremely passionate which is portrayed through his love, dedication and commitment to authenticity. Jarred is building up quite the repertoire of characters throughout all genres of film, not to mention his background in theatre and musical theatre, landing multiple lead roles across both film and stage. As a young boy, as soon as he could follow direction, he began performing with his older sisters, for their parents. From the age of seven, he created his own little films on Imovie, either by himself or also casting his sisters (one of which is an upcoming Actor as well!). Jarred thrives and flowers by constantly indulging in the complexities of the human condition. He graduated from Sydney Actors School and received his Diploma in Screen and Media in 2022. Here he learned in-depth, on-screen character and scene work, completed voice-over classes, in-depth theatre work, improvisation, voice and movement and even completed film-making classes. He has cultivated an understanding of behind-the-camera roles and found a natural passion and ability in directing, script writing, directing of photography, editing and costume/set design, all of which he is committed to develop further. During his time at Sydney Actors School he has also completed three major theatre productions, all running simultaneously with a total of ten showcase nights within two weeks. In his spare time, when he can find it, you'll often find him playing the piano or guitar whilst continuing to develop the numerous screenplays he writes - knowing he'll direct one day. He's a movie addict and an absolute goofball at times, but you may also discover him in a turtle-neck, writing lyrics and poetry.
