Biography: Ray Lui Leung-Wai (Chinese: 呂良偉) is a Hong Kong actor born on December 22nd, 1956 in Vietnam. His father moved from China to Vietnam for work in the 1940s. In 1967, his family immigrated to Hong Kong to flee the Vietnam War.
