Biography: Richard Ayoade (born May 23, 1977) is a British actor, comedian, writer, filmmaker, and voice actor known for his deadpan style and sharp wit. He rose to fame playing Maurice Moss in the sitcom The IT Crowd, has voiced Tyrannis in Dan Harmon’s animated series Krapopolis, and has directed films including Submarine (2010) and The Double (2013). Beyond film and television, he has hosted shows such as Travel Man and The Crystal Maze and appeared on the comedy competition series Last One Laughing UK.
