Overview: In Berlin, on the site of the former Tempelhof airport, a new open-air festival was born this summer: Tempelhof Sounds. British pop singer Florence Welch and her band literally shook the park with their powerful lyrical accents, going so far as to trigger an earthquake on their classic "Dog Days are Over" when the 60,000 or so spectators jumped at the same time.
