No, it's not the worst in terms of production or terribly dubbed dialogue. It might just be the worst because it has two established stars - Lon Chaney Jnr. ("Belial") and John Carradine ("Andre") making such a dreadful hash of it that it really must be seen to be believed. It starts off interestingly enough - the two being warlocks, brothers and competitors for the family fortune, but what follows is simply ridiculous. Their fight for the fortune involves some crass dialogue, risible effects - think sparklers and joss sticks, and acting from a supporting cast that were turned down by the equivalent of central casting in Mogadishu (in 1965). The score works hard to compensate - what (tiny bit of) menace there is comes from that, otherwise this is a film that astounds! Shocking drivel.
