Overview: The messenger tells the story of the son of a history professor who died while working, who begins to uncover strange things about his father's past and research. The message entrusted to the chosen messengers is greater than many human lives and so valuable that immeasurable sacrifices must be made. The Messenger is a combination of traditional and modern Finnish cinema.
