Overview: George Stoupe, successful housemaster at the public school, has an eye to the main chance against his retirement. He chooses the boys for his house if their parents are rich and likely to help him in his profitable art-dealing sideline. Trouble threatens when the head boy of the house tries to expose some of the mal-practices amomg the boys.
