Overview: Kezban and Ali, who are living a happy and peaceful life, will be thrown into an unexpected direction when Kezban falls ill. To reach the hospital, they must cross a wire spanning a river. While crossing the wire, Kezban falls into the river and injures her leg. Ali carries her on his back to Istanbul to seek treatment. However, in this unfamiliar city, Kezban and Ali's lives will change forever.
