Overview: Kaitlyn, a strong-willed young woman in her mid-20s, meets Harvey, the realtor. Kaitlyn is starting her new life and finally moving into her own apartment far away from family and friends. Harvey shows Kaitlyn the perfect apartment, and she signs the lease on the spot. As Kaitlyn settles in, she hears strange noises echoing through the walls. Initially, she dismisses them as sounds from a neighbour or the building itself. Over some time, the sounds intensify, and Kaitlyn grows increasingly uneasy.
