Overview: Sex offender Carl Gatliss is paroled with a tiny camera implanted behind his retina to monitor his every move and send it back to probation officers Esther and Ken,who are watching on a screen. After he breaks parole by visiting his victim to make amends Ken wants him returned to prison but Esther prevents it. As a result Gatliss obsesses about Esther,killing his girlfriend for her and ultimately arriving at her house when she is alone and vulnerable.
