Overview: Two years after the death of Schlaban, Oscar Flod is shadowing a drug mule in Denmark. Flod is discovered, abducted and held captive for several months. In the meantime, the police of the Swedish city of Malmö are having great problems with organized crime and lose control of the city. Flod knows who is responsible for the increase in crime and thus is the only one who can restore law and order in the city.
