Overview: Ray Steinmeyer, the UN nuclear inspector, visits a European country with his daughter. The daughter is kidnapped by a group of Russian extremists who demand nuclear warheads for some dismantled missiles in exchange. The EU contacts the CIA, which deploys a freelance commando team led by Jarrett. The CIA also sends Jinger as an observer, but what Jarrett and his team don't know is that her real mission is to kill Jarrett and the group and bring the girl back herself to erase the traces of US involvement.
