Overview: Agni and Vijay, loyal cops, kill Thimmakka’s son for rape and murder, sparking her revenge. She allies with two dons and manipulates politics to discredit the police. Agni, backed by the honest CM, fights back, killing one don inside the CM’s residence. Thimmakka unleashes Black Tiger, a criminal thought executed, who escaped via corruption. Agni tracks three officials tied to the escape, but Black Tiger kills them, staining Agni’s record. Vijay dies, leaving Agni alone. Black Tiger bombs the city, killing Agni’s mother. Agni chases him to Hong Kong for a final showdown.
