Overview: Ryūichi and his junior partner Matsuo are truckers who operate around Shimizu Port. Ryūichi is over the moon when his long-awaited rig, the “Ryūjin-maru,” is finally completed — and by chance he meets Minako, an elementary school teacher, and falls for her at first sight. Meanwhile, Matsuo is being strung along by a soapland worker and will take any job if the money’s right. One day, he discovers a bag of white powder hidden in their cargo and realises they’ve stumbled into something dangerous — but by then, the organisation behind it has already begun to close in.
