Overview: Just before his brother Sigsby's funeral, Ben persuades his wife Kathryn to listen to the eulogy he has composed. After hearing his adulations, Kathryn insists on giving her own private eulogy which describes Sigsby's true character as deceitful and manipulative. Having acknowledged the truth about Sigsby privately, they can now join together in conforming to society's expectations of them at the funeral
