Overview: Architect David Mikeladze is wanted by the Soviet Security Committee for arrest. He manages to move to Turkey and starts a new life there, creating a second family. After Georgia gains independence, David Mikeladze returns to his homeland and dies there, as his family was told, of a heart attack. Years later, his son arrives in Georgia, finds his half-brother, and learns the true cause of his father's death.
