Loughlin finds slivers of evidence to solve the case, but there is only one suspect. Cozy housewife crime tale with lovely leading lady, but not much else. Further entries were much better, with more developed characters. First of a series which was recast but for Loughlin and Strange. Daughter Canning here has almost graduated college, whereas later she was much younger. She also ends up dating the cop which would not be continued.
