We start with the murder of an agent carrying nuclear secrets and end up with a pretty shambolic tale of espionage and treachery. Who's doing what to whom and why is subsumed quickly into a mire of poor acting and an even more stolid script. Much of it is set outdoors and the quality of the technical effort here has stood up quite well - but I'm afraid this is just a dud.
