Overview: Charles Napier plays Hornsby, a recently retired FBI agent that goes to South America to find his former partner Mendoza. Rumor has it that Mendoza has become a criminal. Soon after Hornsby arrives at his former partner's house, Mendoza is killed by a gunman. Now Hornsby has to work together with local cop Rodriguez to find out who killed his former partner and why.
