Overview: Two cops, code name penguin and polar bear, are ordered to assist a visiting policeman from Borneo (Lo Raimy). When their incompetence results in Raimy's death during a gun battle with drug traffickers, they are temporarily suspended. Penguin and Polar Bear decide to make amends by joining with Lo's wife to find the killers.
