Overview: Based on the eponymous novel by Mahmut Karakur. Nadya suffers a heart attack during a flight with her father. The plane makes an emergency landing in Istanbul. Her father takes Nadya to the consulate for treatment. Nadya receives treatment, but due to a tumor in her heart, she has only six months to live. The doctor forbids Nadya from experiencing exciting emotions such as love. Nadya secretly escapes from the hospital and explores Istanbul. She meets businessman Irfan on a ferry. They spend the entire day together. The next day, Nadya leaves Irfan's house secretly without mentioning anything about herself. From that day onward, Nadya and Irfan, who cannot forget each other, will cross paths again.
