Overview: Based on the Jules Verne's novel "Danube pilot." The film is set during Bulgarian people struggle against the Turkish oppressors. Bulgarian Sergei Ladko embarks on a voyage on the Danube under the guise of traditional "Danube Anglers League" competition in order to bring the rebels money to buy weapons.
