Overview: Here we meet Slegga – a tragicomic character, a rough-and-ready teddy bear of a good guy with little social awareness – on an adventure with Reven – a cunning and scheming petty criminal. These two prison birds have a mutual friend, Nelly, who brightens up their lives during the brief period when they all happen to be outside the prison walls at the same time. Many other characters cross their path as strange situations arise in Oslo's colorful underworld, where life still flourishes beneath the asphalt.
