Overview: Fikret has come to Istanbul from his hometown to attend university. However, he spends his days drinking, gambling, and chasing women with his friend Ahmet. Every time Fikret runs out of money, he turns to his uncle Şefkati Bey back home. At the insistence of his daughter Nevin, Şefkati Bey decides to go to Istanbul to find out whether his nephew is telling the truth. The two friends are cornered.
