Overview: Jake Adams (Jason Harley), a widowed father raising his seven-year-old son Alex (Simon Boniface) on his own, is diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. As he struggles to come to terms with the devastating news, Jake must face the difficult task of disclosing his diagnosis to Alex, and planning for his son's future after he's gone. Father and son are helped through this emotional journey by Mounia Kane (Kadhy Toure), a woman who enters Jake's life at just the right time.
