Overview: A few weeks before the elections, the bankruptcy filing of the call center would be a mess and would seriously hurt the parachuting of Segondas, the boss of the bank. Equipped with his BlackBerry and his laptop, Matthieu expects an easy mission. Now, the parachuting of Mathieu in the world of "phoning", customer service is not going as planned.
