Proceso a ETA

Proceso a ETA

Release Date: 1989-07-07

Overview: Pedro joins the organization because of family circumstances. However, once he assumes his responsibility, he sees it through to the bitter end. He is not convinced that the formula they use is the most appropriate. He is Basque, he feels Basque, he has nothing in common with the rest of Spain. "I am fighting for the freedom of my country." As a result of the kidnapping of Elena Echevarría Zarate, his doubts grow. After a process that his mind constructs on a theatrical stage, Pedro makes a final decision. There is no love between Elena and Pedro, at least not in the traditional sense, but there is emotional communication and intellectual warmth. Above all, there is humanity.
