Overview: Joe gets a job as a newspaper reporter and is sent to the jail to interview a notorious gangster the police have just captured. The gangster steals Joe's newspaper pass, and walks out of jail leaving Joe holding a very messy bag. Joe attempts several futile jail breaks of his own.
