Unexpectedly, on one quite evening, a legendary food critic descends on the ill-prepared establishment and with the regular staff elsewhere, she has to quickly rustle up a dish that will dazzle their picky guest. Can she rise to the occasion? I found this all a bit too simplistic and I suspect there are many lifers working in the restaurant trade yelling at their screens - but it's a nicely put together and scored few minutes of dreamwork for this creative star/director. Not great, but maybe we shall see more from Henwick?
